TRASH & RECYCLING

The Board of Directors for the Seneca Park Homeowners Association has approved the Rules and Regulations  (download below) for Garbage and Recycling to take immediate effect. 

Some highlights of the new rules include requirements that...

• all trash be placed outside in tightly covered containers (not just in bags)
• containers be promptly removed from common areas after collection
• containers not remain in public view except while set out for collection, which means containers should not be kept on front porches, front lawns, driveways, etc.
