GET YOUR TOW CARD

If you need a vehicle removed from your designated parking spot, the only way to get  the vehicle towed is with a TOW CARD, which proves that you have the right to have a vehicle removed from your spot.

The towing company will not remove a vehicle from a reserved spot without seeing a valid tow card.

There are two ways to get your tow cards:  Either complete the form below, or download the Tow Card Application.

OPTION 1:  In the form below, provide your name, Seneca Park Address, and parking space numbers, then we will email you a form to sign and mail to Vanguard Management.  Then you will receive your tow cards.

OPTION 2: Download, print, complete, sign, and mail the TOW CARD APPLICATION form to:
